The SCRIBE Maintenance Fee

SCRIBE Enterprise is undergoing continual enhancements and new versions will be released accordingly.

You will receive all upgrades released during the first year of your Enterprise license without additional cost. If you wish to receive automatic upgrades after that, we invite you to opt for the Upgrade Maintenance option. The fee is 15% of your total License Fee and is payable annually, in advance.

THE SCRIBE Support Fee

While you will have all the on-line help, tutorials, and tools available to you when you license the SCRIBE Enterprise or the Personal Edition, you may find it helpful to approach us for e-mail support or configuration services.

E-mail support is offered at an hourly rate of US$60 subject to a $10 minimum per incident and US$75 per hour for Configuration services. Some support services will be subject to a deposit to be established on a case by case basis.

Information Request

Some of the address information is necessary to process Credit Card payments. The rest of the address information, while not mandatory, is solicited as it helps our marketing people determine geographic distribution.

In the event that you ask for SCRIBE Support, please give us your Corporate Profile and outline how you plan to use SCRIBE so that we may be more effective in responding to your needs.

Remote Support

SCRIBE Client can connect to the Server remotely over the Internet. If you wish, we can assist you in the configuration of reports, with the executable reports saved at your end.
